Center, staffed by Velocity Marketing professionals to assist targeted buyers
in understanding the properties that are being sold and the "auction process".
- We meet with existing homeowners to explain the process and answer any questions
they may have.
- We create site specific "auction" web sites to assist buyers
in the process and to track the level of interest in the property.
- We pre-qualify
all registered buyers to ensure non-contingent sales on auction day.
- On auction
day, we assist bidders throughout the live auction and escort winning bidders
to the Closing Room, where sales contracts are completed.
- Our post-auction program consists of follow-up with the accumulated database
of visitors to the site to announce post-auction pricing for remaining inventory,
if any available. Sales on the remaining units tends to be quite strong due
to the auction success and new motivation to purchase based on market prices.Our
