Elsbeth Pratt joined The Collaborative Companies in the summer of 2003 as an intern, gaining experience in the main office as a market assistant and on-site as a sales assistant.

Upon graduating from Bowdoin College in 2004, Elsbeth returned to TCC to work on projects in the Boston and Providence markets. Her responsibilities gradually increased until she assumed her current management role two years ago.

By smoothly navigating the varied terrain of urban development with clients and staff alike, she has proven herself to be a true up-and-comer on the New England real estate scene. During her tenure, she has successfully managed residential sales in Massachusetts and in Rhode Island.
