Cheryl Herzog joined The Collaborative Companies and Velocity Marketing Services in 2004 as Sales Director. She has more than 30 years experience in real estate sales, marketing, and sales management with the past 12 years spent specifically in the new homes sales field. She has managed and sold over $100 million dollars of property in New Home communities in NH and MA and is the recipient of the 1999 and 2007 Salesperson of the Year Award given by Builders Association of Greater Boston (BAGB).

She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both MA and NH and holds the National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) designations of Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) and Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM).

Cheryl is responsible for The Collaborative Companies' sales training and real estate marketing, and also for real estate auction management handled by Velocity Marketing, a subsidiary dedicated to accelerated real estate marketing solutions.

Cheryl holds a BA from The University of Massachusetts in Amherst and an MA from Assumption College in Worcester.
